Streets of Vietnam

November 4, 2009

Work took me to Vietnam last week and I was able to sneak in a morning run on my last day. Ten-minutes to run to the Cathedral from my riverside hotel in District 1. By then, I was ten-thousand times braver crossing the streets, half of which was always occupied by a frenzy of motorbikes!

Enjoy! And keep running! — Rizzo

This site was created because Pia and I both saw the movie YES MAN starring Jim Carrey and we were inspired by the photography cum running class his on-screen girlfriend, Zooey Deschanel, was doing in the film. We finally did our first such run from our hotel in Siem Reap to the Angkor Wat, which is breathtakingly majestic.  It was so much fun, we were laughing all the way and back… people thought we were a bit strange but it didn’t matter…they still smiled with us!
